The mug is made of high-grade porcelain. After throwing it on the wheel and trimmed, the handle is added and fired for the painting stage. Then a clear turquoise glaze was coated inside and out and finally fired at 2200 F.
The handle is directly pulled from the body of the mug and is designed to fit your fingers comfortably and securely while holding the mug.
This mug is microwave, dishwasher-safe, and food-safe. However, hand washing is highly recommended.
